My Account gives you the convenience of securely saving your personal information to make future purchases more convenient. Please enter your information and save your password for future reference. Payment Options
We accept PayPal payments via online orders and emailed orders. PayPal authorizes use of credit cards, paypal accounts and checks as payment. Checks must clear before merchandise is shipped or brought out for local pick up. Merchandise does not ship until payment has been authorized or cleared. Please note, Paypal will require the use of  a credit card's CVV code. Your financial institution has created the code to prevent fraudulent use of your card. It is usually a 4-digit number on the front of your American Express card and a 3-4-digit number on your Visa and Master card. For additional information regarding your security code please contact your financial institution.

Return/Exchange Policy
Windy City Scrapbooking wants you to be happy with your new purchase. Open Stock (non-packaged) merchandise is not eligible for returns or exchanges.  This includes but is not limited to any thing that is not in a package such as papers, pens, idea books, magazines, bulk ribbon, bulk items, etc.  Please call the store before ordering if you have a question as to whether or not the item is packaged or non-packaged.  Packaged merchandise that is undamaged and unused can be exchanged within 14 days and returned within 14 days, provided that the original sales receipt is returned with the merchandise. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns after 14 days or exchanges after 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom and special orders and discounted items are non-returnable. Deposits on custom and special orders are non-refundable.

- Online orders may be returned in person to a store employee at the designated local pick up location..
- Mailed returns require a Return Authorization number before shipping.

- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We highly suggest that when mailing
an item for return or exchange that you insure the package for the retail value and send using a
traceable delivery shipping service We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in
- Please do not send the package C.O.D. as we do not accept C.O.D. returns. Please indicate the
reason for the exchange or return and include in the package with the returned item
- Once we receive the exchange/return, we will process send you a store
credit or issue you a refund via PayPal.
- Use the shipping carrier most convenient to you and send the package to the following address,
where your return will be processed: Windy City Scrapbooking 2111 N. Oakley Ave, Chicago, IL 60647 (This is NOT a retail location, it is a shipping address for returns only!)

Damaged Returns
In the event that your item arrives damaged, please call us immediately and we will issue a return label for the damaged item. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment:

- Save the box and all packing material for inspection by a USPS representative.
- Please be ready with the USPS tracking number on the package and a description of the extent of the
damage and condition of the box.

Store Credit store credit is non-transferable and must be used within one year (12 months) from the issue date.
