This being Thanksgiving week and all, I thought I'd post a few little things I'm grateful for, courtesy of Windy City Scrapbooking.
1. Cardstock - especially when it only costs 25 cents!!! Now, I have a giant stack with which to make delicious paper treats.
2. Die cut turkeys - a la QuicKutz. These will become the place cards for THanksgiving on Thursday. I have to make about 25.
3. The BLACK FRIDAY Sale! Have you seen the great deals? I cannot wait to pick up some albums, $12 for 12x12. Yippee!! Have you stopped into the store in the last couple of weeks? If you have not try to stop by soon and check out the newest goodies.
Last Tuesday the Holiday Christmas set arrived and it is going fast so get yours before they are gone. The set includes the dies to make 3 mini albums, an alphabet and accesories that go with it. This is a great set for making Christmas gifts.
Tuesday Melissa was busy putting all the new Letterpress items out. I have not had a chance to play with it yet but I can't wait to try it out. We have the starter kits, papers, envelopes, tools, inks, plates and more. We are working on getting a few samples up so you can see what you can do with this great tool.
Card swap reminder-There are still spots available so call today.
Make 10 of the same card and in return you will get back 10 different cards not including one of your own. Please include an envelope with each card. Cards must be in the store by Sunday, November 22nd. You can also mail in cards and they must be received by Thursday, November 19th. I will swap them out and they will be ready to pick up on Wednesday, November 25th.
